You can export Customer Journey Analytics reports from Analysis Workspace. You might want to export Customer Journey Analytics reports for a number of reasons, such as to utilize in third-party tools or combine with outside data.

Supported file types

You can export Customer Journey Analytics reports as a PDF, CSV, or JSON file.

  • Can be ad hoc or on a schedule.
  • Store larger amounts of Customer Journey Analytics data.
  • Export full tables that contain thousands or millions of rows.
