Sharing audiences with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud sharing-audiences-with-adobe-experience-cloud

CAUTION
To share audiences with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud solutions, you need to implement ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Identity Management System. Learn more about IMS.

With ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign, you can share audiences and segments with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud services. Two options are available:

  1. Send ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Platform segment data to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign. To implement this integration, you need to connect your Real-Time Customer Data Platform to Campaign (RTCDP). Learn more in this section.

  2. Integrate ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign with Experience Cloud Audiences or ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Audience Manager. You will then be able to:

    • Import shared audiences/segments from different ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud solutions into ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign. Audiences can be imported via lists in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign.

    • Export lists in the form of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud shared audiences. These audiences can be used in the different ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud solutions that you use. Audiences can be exported after targeting in a workflow, using a dedicated Update shared audience activity.

This integration supports two types of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud IDs:

  • Visitor ID: this type of identifier reconciles ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud visitors with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign recipients.

  • Declared ID: this type of identifier reconciles all types of data with elements from the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign database. It is represented in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign as a predefined reconciliation key.

    note note
    NOTE
Declared ID data source can now also be used with Experience Cloud Assets integration.
