ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign v8 is the next-gen campaign tool built for various marketing channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and direct mail. It provides robust ETL and data management capabilities to help craft and curate the perfect campaign. Its orchestration engine provides for rich multi-touch marketing programs with a core focus on batch-based driven journeys. It also comes paired with a scalable real-time messaging server that enables marketing teams to send pre-defined messages based on a all-inclusive payload from any IT system for communications such as password reset, order confirmation, e-receipt’s and much more.

Profiles are centralized in a powerful cloud database. There are many possible mechanisms for acquiring profiles and building up this database: on-line collection via web forms, manual, or automatic import of text files, replication with company databases or other information systems. With ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign, you can incorporate marketing history, purchase information, preferences, CRM data, and any relevant PII data in a consolidated view to analyze and take action.
In ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign, recipients are the default profiles targeted for sending deliveries (emails, SMS, etc.). Thanks to the recipient data that are stored in the database, you will be able to filter the target that will receive any given delivery and to add personalization data in your delivery contents.
