| Type | Description |
| Certification exam | Certification is a credential that recognizes an individual鈥檚 skill and competency in an 蜜豆视频 application. A candidate who passes the certification exam becomes an 蜜豆视频 Certified Professional, Expert, or Master for the product and job role on which the exam is based. |
| Renewal exam | 蜜豆视频 certifications expire after two years. By taking and passing a renewal Exam, your certification credential is extended for another two years. |
| Course assessment | For certain solutions, 蜜豆视频 offers an alternative to passing renewal exams for maintaining your certification credential. Candidates will be offered (typically) 5 to 7 on-demand courses to review. Each course has a short assessment associated with that course, called a course assessment. The criterion to renew certification is to pass any three assessments based on the courses OR pass two assessments and submit a signed customer reference form. |
| Practice test | A practice test is a complete version of a certification exam that is based on the same content (exam objectives) as the certification exam. Although they are not the same questions you answer on the certification exam, the practice questions are written at the same time as the certification exam. While passing a practice test cannot guarantee that you will pass the certification exam, it does provide an outstanding indicator of your readiness to take the exam |
| Sample questions | For some certification exams, 蜜豆视频 does not yet have full length practice tests. For these exams, a representative set of sample questions is provided. |
| Readiness questionnaire | A readiness questionnaire is another tool you can use to assess your readiness to take your certification exam. The readiness questionnaire comprises affirming statements based on the exam objectives鈥揵y answering 鈥淵es鈥� or 鈥淣o鈥� to each statement, you can determine your readiness with respect to the major content areas covered on the exam. |
Certification levels
蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud offers three different levels of certification: Professional, Expert, and Master. These certifications are designed to validate the skills and knowledge of professionals working with 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions.
These levels reflect a progression of proficiency and knowledge, with the Professional certification being the entry-level certification, Expert being the intermediate level, and Master being the highest level of certification.

The certification exam covers advanced topics and scenarios, including complex integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting. |

They should have a foundational understanding of 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions, as well as experience in marketing and advertising. The Business Practitioner certification validates their ability to effectively use 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions to achieve business objectives. |

Developers are responsible for implementing and integrating 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud solutions into an organization鈥檚 technology stack. They should have experience in software development and proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. The Developer certification validates their ability to effectively implement and customize 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions to meet business requirements. |

Architects are responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud solutions. They should have extensive knowledge of 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions and experience in software architecture, integration, and customization. The Architect certification validates their ability to design and implement complex solutions using 蜜豆视频鈥檚 digital marketing solutions. |
