ACSD-63870: Customer not logged out properly during company status change

The ACSD-63870 patch solves the issue where a company customer is not logged out properly when the company status changes during an active customer session. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.59 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-63870. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce 2.4.8.

Issue

Customer logout failure when company status is changed during an active customer session.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable B2B functionality.
  2. Create a simple product.
  3. Create a new company and mark it as Active.
  4. Log in as the company user and add a product to the cart.
  5. Proceed to checkout till the Shipping Address step. Do not enter the address.
  6. Go to admin and change the company status to Pending Approval.
  7. Go back to the frontend and fill the shipping address.

Expected results:

Customer has been logged out.

Actual results:

  • Users get the Something went wrong error.

  • var/log/exception.log contains:

    code language-none
    report.CRITICAL: InvalidArgumentException: Incorrect theme identification key in /home/lib/internal/Magento/Framework/View/Design/Theme/FlyweightFactory.php:60
