In this demo, we’ll see how you can empower your commerce team to create content that helps drive sales and promotions. It’s peak vacation season, and our analytics has been seeing a spike in interest in handbags. Along with this, our competitors have begun aggressively marketing discounts, so we want to react quickly to create some promotions to share online and near our retail branches. The only challenge is our creative teams have gone home for the weekend and we need to react quickly. Fortunately, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express and Firefly can help you scale your marketing teams to create content themselves. To start, we have some new merchandise we need to post on our digital storefront. It requires us to have our images cropped to a one-to-one ratio and with a white background. And here we can see that our bags don’t have a white background. Instead of waiting for our creatives to become available, we can do it ourselves in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express. I can specify which dimensions I need, which is easy because Express also provides a number of different dimensions that I can choose from. I can then resize my image to the right crop and removing the background is just one simple click away. Then I’m ready to download it and upload it to my storefront. ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express also allows creative teams to publish customizable templates, which our commerce team can then use to create promotional assets. Within Express, we can access our brand’s graphics, colors, and fonts. And when we start from this template, we can also notice that some objects are locked, which prevents us from accidentally moving or editing unintended objects. For our promotion, we want to tie the imagery to the holidays. So we want to add a background of beaches and sunny skies. Using Text-to-Image powered by Firefly, we can simply enter a text prompt to generate what we want to target our customer. When we generate, Firefly will provide a number of different options for us to choose from. Being able to use text prompts makes it easy for me to re-personalize this to other markets like different cities, holidays, or themes. Coming back to this, we also want to adjust our text here, our discount, and our expiration date. Next, let’s replace these placeholders with our merchandise. When I drag and drop to replace the placeholder, not only does it replace the bag, but it also can automatically remove the background. Magic. So in just a few clicks, we’re able to bring together a new promotion. We want to then use this to post on different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and so forth. Using resize, we can duplicate and resize to whatever dimensions is optimized for those different platforms. We can then go and adjust if we need to tweak for different sizes, but this saves me a huge amount of time optimizing for those different platforms. We also have a video billboard in the mall, which we want to show this promotion on. As this is a video billboard, we probably want to have motion in our poster. Directly in Express, we can access premium images and video from ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Stock, so we can choose a beach video background. When we place that, this shows the timeline so we can play back our video, and it looks great. We can also add animations to our objects like the text, so it catches the attention of our customers as they pass by. If we need to swap out parts like the logo to make it more legible, we can use our libraries to replace the logo with an on-brand replacement. Once ready, we can download all of our assets and publish them to the web as ads or on our video billboard.
