Share a PDF for commenting

In this 60-second video tutorial, learn how to share a PDF to collect feedback quickly from multiple people in a single file.

Transcript
It takes just a couple of clicks to share a PDF to collect feedback fast from multiple people in a single file. Just click the Share button and enter one or more email addresses. I want to make sure Allow Comments is enabled here, and then I’ll set a deadline for my coworkers to submit their comments. When I click Send, the file is uploaded to Document Cloud. My collaborators will get an email with a link that enables them to add comments to the PDF right in their browser. No software, download, or sign-in required. Here you can copy a link to share the file with your team using your favorite messaging app. When I close the document, the Acrobat home screen indicates that the file is shared with others. Also, this tab shows all the documents I’ve shared. Now we’ll pretend that some time has passed during which my coworkers have added some comments. When I open the file again, I can view all the comments that have been made by my collaborators. And that was 60 Second Acrobat.
