Transcript
You can easily integrate ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Acrobat Sign with Salesforce with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Setup Wizard in just a few steps. Before we start, you should know that you must be assigned an account admin role in Acrobat Sign and ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign Admin permissions on Salesforce.
The first thing we need to do is log in to Salesforce. From here, go to the Apps Launcher and find the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign for Salesforce app. Then go to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign Admin tab. Under Account Settings, click Launch Setup Wizard. Now we need to link our ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ account to Salesforce with the Setup Wizard.
Log in with your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign Account Admin user. If it asks, make sure you select Allow Access. You should get a message saying you have successfully authorized your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ account. Then click next. Next, we need to enable ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign automatic status updates by clicking the enable button. We will allow access when prompted. Make sure this Acrobat Sign account is the same admin account used in the previous steps. Then click allow. Perfect. We have enabled the automatic status updates. All we need to do now is click next and then click done. You can now start using ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. One more tip before we end this video. If the link to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign Account Admin user has changed, or ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign for Salesforce integration is not working. I recommend you run the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Sign Setup Wizard again. Thanks for watching today. If you would like to learn more about what Acrobat sign integrations and workflows with Salesforce can do, check out the links and information on this page.
