It’s time for another update and this is a great one for assets users. Let’s check it out. As always, the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Manager team innovate around these pillars, high impact experiences, content bio for all and actionable intelligence and of course foundation platform of rapid development. Let’s have a look at some new innovation that empowers everyone to create great content at scale. This first enhancement is a simple one but saves you a lot of effort and makes it more intuitive, renaming assets by just a single click on the file name to bring up a dialogue and change that asset. One of the key use cases for asset management is to find great assets. This new feature simplifies the search experience by using natural language. It allows you to type in not just the name of the file or what’s in it but more detail to narrow down the searches and find the results quickly. We find this really intuitive to use and allows you to see great results really quickly. In 2023, the AM assets team introduced the new asset view and one of the big requests that’s now in the product is the ability to go and find smart crop and dynamic media image presets. They’re now available in the right hand panel when you select an asset making it easy for you to find an asset, seal the renditions, select them and download them as needed all within the simplified UI. Editing video content has never been easier. Now being able to select video content that’s already residing in the dam, selecting this and editing it using the power of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express Quick Actions. Being able to select the video, trim it, crop the video, resize, convert it into different formats really allows you to do more with video fast in a very intuitive and easy to use manner. Of course ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ continues to innovate at the cloud service foundation level so let’s have a look at some of the new enhancements. These new enhancements include new capability to optimize and tune the CDN service provided as AM as a cloud service. Being allowing you to self-service configure some of the maintenance tasks such as version purging and audit log purging. Allowing you to stream the log files to vendors beyond Splunk with a new dedicated IP support the self-service to configure. Additional CDN support for ESI and also via SDI and finally improving the Java logging experience for rapid developer environments. So I’ve just touched on some of the highlights of this release and if you’d like to read more details and get links to documentation please check out the official release notes at the URL on the screen here. And of course we’d love to engage with you and hear from you on ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience League. Come and join the community.
