Issue/Symptoms
When configuring opt-out using Landing pages, the opt-outs cannot be seen when looking at the profile or when querying the profile via API.
Resolution resolution
If the merge method for your default ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Platform Profiles merge policy is Dataset precedence, enable the AJO Consent Service Dataset and prioritise it in the merge policy.
Cause
This happens when the default merge policy in the subscription is of type Dataset precedence and the dataset AJO Consent Service Dataset is not included in the merge policy.
