Uploading file under Public resources gets stuck

In the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign Classic v7, within a marketing and mid-instance infrastructure, the file upload via Public Resources gets stuck at 90%. Please enable the external account’s  Email routing using mid-sourcing.

Issue/Symptoms

In a marketing and mid-instance infrastructure, uploading a new file via the Public Resources gets stuck at 90%.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Resources > Online > Public Resources.

  2. Add a new file and upload it to the server, after that the upload gets stuck at 90%.

Resolution resolution

Solution:
Please enable the external account’s  Email routing using mid-sourcing.

Cause:
The upload process is stuck because the external account’s Email routing using mid-sourcing (defaultEmailMid) is not enabled.

When the upload is done, you can notice in the web.log, the following error:
DLV-490004 The routing of type 'Email routing using mid-sourcing', used for this delivery, has been deactivated.
