AEM to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Launch Integration: Migration from Service Account (JWT) to OAuth Server-to-Server credentials

This article provides relevant sources to learn about the migration of AMS AEM (ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Launch Integration using developer console API) from your Service Account (JWT) credentials to OAuth Server-to-Server credentials.

Description description

Environment

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Manager (AEM)

Issue

Upon reviewing the Service Pack 6.5.21.0 release-notes about Support for OAuth Credentials, you find that the current Service Account (JWT) credential has been replaced with a new and simpler method for using credentials for server-to-server authentication - NPR-41994.

You are using AEM 6.5 SP17, but have not been able to locate any documentation.

Resolution resolution

The patch that supports OAuth Server-to-Server (S2S) credentials and deprecates Service Account (JWT) credentials for AEM 6.5 for Service Pack 11 to Service Pack 20 can be downloaded from [ 1] .

The documentation may also be located at [ 2] . It is a generic piece of documentation that just uses Target as an example. You may use the same steps for Launch as well.
