Data loading (file) activity fails to upload file from local disk
In ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign Classic (ACC) v7.4.1 build 9383, you may encounter an issue when attempting to upload a sample file using the Data loading (file) activity. Despite upload progress reaching 100%, the process fails to complete, resulting in a Cannot read from file  error. This article provides a specific hotfix to resolve the issue.

Issue/Symptoms
In a Data loading (file) activity, uploading a sample file to the server is not working. It throws the error, Cannot read from file ‘/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/.
Steps to reproduce

Create a new workflow, and add a Data loading (file) activity to it.

Click Upload on server  and select the file from your local machine.

Click Upload. The progress shows 100% but never completes.

When you click OK, you’re prompted if you want to cancel uploading the file.

Click Yes. This should display the error:
Cannot read from file ‘/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/’ (errno=21, Is a directory) (iRc=-52)
