Issue/Symptoms

Under certain circumstances, a user with a Federated ID may be unable to access AEM Assets Brand Portal.

Resolution resolution

If this is the case, the administrator with access to the Admin Console should log in and verify the email address and username the user is set up with. Both need to be correct and if the username is incorrect, it needs to be changed.

The Admin Console can only read Active Directory details and does not have the authority to make changes. Therefore, your own IT desk with access to your Active Directory needs to make the necessary changes. Once the details are updated there, the login issue should be resolved.
