Creating an ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign destination in AEP throws a 500 Internal Server Error. The error also occurs when activating audiences from AEP to a Campaign destination.
Resolution resolution
Verify that the Data Platform integration package (nms:cdp
) is installed on both stage and production instances of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign Managed Cloud.
If further investigation is needed, involve engineering teams, especially if internal rights or permissions errors are suspected during SOAP calls. You may need to request the Campaign TechOps team to install the cdp
package, as it is a prerequisite for the AEP/Campaign integration.
