What’s New what-is-new
- Moving Components: Moving components between containers now observes the component filter of the target container.
- There is no longer a requirement to have the same filter definition in place for both target and destination containers in order to move the component between the containers.
- Locked Pages: Universal Editor Service observes the lock status of a page and only writes to pages which are not locked or are locked by the user.
New Extensions for the Universal Editor extensions
A number of new extensions have been released on for the Universal Editor, enhancing the authoring experience.
- MSM Extension: You can now break and re-instantiate inheritance of components/blocks using this extension.
- Page Properties Extension: Access the page properties window of the page directly from the Universal Editor using this extension.
- Workflow Extension: Use workflows on pages and Content Fragments which are instrumented on the page using this extension.
- Page Lock Extension: Use this extension to lock and unlock a page directly from the Universal Editor.

- Fixes were made to correct validation for headless-canvas.
