Content experiment with the AI Assistant Content Accelerator generative-experimentation

You must agree to a before you can use the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Journey Optimizer. For more information, contact your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ representative.

Once you’ve crafted and personalized your messages, elevate your content with the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer, which includes the Content Experiment feature. This tool allows you to define multiple delivery treatments, varying content, to measure performance for your target audience.

  1. Create your campaign and use the AI Assistant Content Accelerator to generate your variants.

    In this example, we generated a subscription confirmation email with a promo code.

  2. Browse through the generated Variations and click Preview to view a full-screen version of the selected variation.

  3. Select Enable Experiment to start creating Treatments for your Experimentation.

  4. Select the Variations you want to include to your experiment.

  5. Click Add to experiment.

  6. From your Content Experiment window, access the Experiment settings button to configure your experiment. Learn more on Content Experiment

  7. When your Content experiment is ready, from your campaign summary page, you can click Review to activate to display a summary of the campaign. Alerts display if any parameter is incorrect or missing. Learn more

  8. Before launching your campaign, double-check that all configurations are correct, and then click on Activate.

After successfully configuring and personalizing your campaign, you can track your campaign in the campaign report. Learn more
