Work with the AI Assistant ai-assistant
The AI Assistant is a user interface feature that you can use to navigate and understand ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ concepts and get operational insights for your specific environment. It is available in several products across ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud, including ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer.
To access the AI Assistant click the icon on the top bar. The AI Assistant displays on the right section of the screen.
In ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer, you have access to the following use cases:

Product knowledge (General Availability)
Product knowledge questions are about ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ concepts related to aspects of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer. Some examples of product knowledge questions include::
- How many live activities can I have in one ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer sandbox?
- How do I set up a campaign in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer?
- How do I create a custom action to use in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer journeys?

Operational insights in journeys (Beta)
Operational insight questions are about the journey objects in your organization’s sandbox. Some examples of operational insight questions or prompts include:
- How many live journeys do I have in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer?
- Give me a list of all the scheduled journeys
- How many Journeys have been created in the last 7 days?
note note NOTE The only ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer object you have access to ask the AI Assistant operational insights questions about is Journeys. It will only have data for the sandbox you are currently in.
