Transcript
In this video, I will show you how Engagement Map empowers you to manage and validate interconnected campaigns through its simple visualization, enabling faster time to value for your organization. To start things off, I’ll go to Marketing Activities and navigate to my Welcome campaign. Here you can see a new Engagement Map button, and clicking on it navigates me to the Engagement Map, where the visual journey of my leads has been pre-populated. In the map, you can see the triggers and filters which form the smart lists used to curate your audience, as well as the flow steps, which are the actions that will be taken with your audience. Now that you have a clear picture of your campaign, you can dive into the triggers to see additional level of detail by clicking on the Trigger Overview card. Clicking on the Trigger Detail card will allow you to see the details of the trigger constraints on the Slide Out panel. You can click on the Edit Triggers button in the Slide Out panel to edit, add, or remove triggers. This opens the Smart List tab in a new browser tab. You can dive into the campaign filters by clicking on the Filter Overview card, which allows you to see the details of each filter and their respective constraints in the Slide Out panel. The Qualified Audience for batch campaigns only and Filter Logic will also be displayed. You can click on the Edit Filters button in the Slide Out panel to edit, add, or remove filters as well as modify the Filter Logic. This opens the Smart List tab in a new browser tab. As with triggers and filters, you can dive deeper into the flow steps. Clicking on the Flow Step Overview card allows you to see all the choices that have been added to the flow step. If the flow step doesn’t have choices, you can see the details of all the attributes in the flow step. You can click on the Edit Flow Step button in the Slide Out panel to edit, add, or remove flow steps. This opens the Flow tab in a new browser tab. If you want to edit a choice, click on the Choice card and select the Edit Choice button in the Slide Out panel. Let’s look at the options available in the top navigation bar. The Edit Smart List button allows you to edit the filters and triggers, and the Edit Flow button allows you to edit the flow steps. The Export button provides the option to export the visualization to a file, which can be shared easily. The downloaded version will reflect all the branches you had expanded prior to selecting the Export button. There is also the option to view campaign members. For trigger campaigns, you can activate or deactivate the campaign from here. The Engagement Map has a Settings tab which enables you to configure your campaign settings and schedule one-time or reoccurring batch campaigns. It also displays information on campaign status and Smart List status. Please note the existing permissions of the Smart Campaign will not be modified. Now you’ve seen how you can use Engagement Map’s visualization, editing, configuration, and export features to easily manage campaigns and improve collaboration and efficiency across teams.
