Create scenarios with templates

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront Fusion Templates allow you to create and use existing templates as a starting point for your Workfront Fusion scenarios.

Prerequisites

You must create a team template before you can use it.

Public templates are available with no prerequisites.

Create a scenario from a template

  1. Click the Templates tab Templates icon in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click on the tab that contains the template you want to use (Public templates or Team templates).

  3. Search for a specific template by using the search bar near the upper-left corner of the screen. You can search by template name or included applications.

  4. Click the template you want to use to create a scenario.

  5. Click the scenario again to begin creating your scenario.

  6. (Conditional) If you are a member of more than one organization, select which organization you want to create your scenario for and click Continue.

  7. (Conditional) If you are a member of more than one team, select which team you want to create your scenario for and click Continue.

  8. (Conditional) If the template was configured with Wizard, follow the prompts to configure the scenario. Click Continue on each prompt to confirm it.

    If the Use as default value option was checked during the template setup, some of the fields may be prefilled for you.
  9. When you have configured all the settings required for the template, you receive a notification that your template is ready to go, and the standard scenario options appear at the bottom of the screen. You can now continue building your scenario.

  10. Click the Save icon Save icon near the bottom of the screen to save your scenario.

    The scenario saves to the Scenarios area of Workfront Fusion.
