Workfront Fusion: Cannot add or delete users from Workfront Fusion

When a user attempts to add or delete a user in Workfront Fusion, they are unable to do so.

Users can be added or deleted through the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Admin Console. Therefore, this issue is present only in Fusion organizations that have not yet been fully onboarded to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Admin Console.

Workaround

This issue is a temporary side effect of the process of migrating an organization to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Admin Console. When your organization is fully migrated, users can be managed in the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Admin Console, and it will no longer be necessary to manage users in the Workfront Fusion application.
