Proofs: Proof prevents conversion of task or issue to project
NOTE
The Product team is currently evaluating this issue resolution. When this issue is resolved, it will be communicated in the Product Announcements and not with the Maintenance Updates.
When a user attempts to convert a task or issue that includes a web generated proof to a project, the project is not created and the user sees the following message:
“There was a problem copying the file \xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\u003C. Please remove the file or contact support and try again.”
Workaround s
Perform the following procedure:
- Use the Move Document feature to relocate the proof to another task, issue, or project.
- Convert the task or issue to a project.
- Use the Move Document feature to move the proof to the new project.
