View activity logs for an organization in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront Fusion
You can view a log of activities, such as creating a scenario or inviting a user, for your organization.
Access requirements
You must have the following access to use the functionality in this article:

View the Activity Logs

In the left navigation panel, click Org overview .

If you are not currently in the organziation that you want to view the activity log for, click the organization name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the organization from the dropdown.

Click the Activity Logs tab near the top of the screen.
The Activity Log page opens.

(Optional) Filter the Activity log to limit results by criteria you specify.

(Optional) To clear an applied filter, Locate the filter near the upper-right of the screen, and click the X in the filter’s box.

(Optional) Export the log.

Filter the Activity Logs

In the left navigation panel, click Org overview .

If you are not currently in the organziation that you want to view the activity log for, click the organization name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the organization from the dropdown.

Click the Activity Logs tab near the top of the screen.
The Activity Log page opens.

Click Filter .

Configure one or more of the following filters by clicking on the field.
- Start Date & End Date: Select dates from the calendar, and (optional) enter times.
- User: Select a user from the dropdown.
- Team: Select a team from the dropdown. Only teams that you are a member of display in the dropdown.
- Entity: Select the type of Fusion object that you want to view activity logs for.
- Action: Select the action that you want to view activity logs for.

Click Apply
Export the Activity Logs

In the left navigation panel, click Org overview .

If you are not currently in the organziation that you want to view the activity log for, click the organization name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the organization from the dropdown.

Click the Activity Logs tab near the top of the screen.
The Activity Log page opens.

Select the date range from the from the calendar, and (optional) enter times.

Select whether to export an Excel file or a CSV file.

Click Apply.
