Change profile settings in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront Fusion
You can change information in your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront Fusion account profile.
Access requirements
You must have the following access to use the functionality in this article:
To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Change profile settings
The process for changing profile setting differs based on whether your organization is on the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Unified Shell.
Change profile settings on the Unified Shell
If your organization is on the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Unified Shell, you can access your profile and preference options by clicking your profile picture in the top navigation area.
This menu allows you to:
- Choose Dark theme formatting for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud.
- Set Preferences for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud, including primary and secondary language preferences.
- Access your Workfront Profile. Once you are on the profile, click the More menu and select Edit. For more information about the profile, see Configure My Settings.
- Sign out of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Cloud.
Change profile settings without the Unified Shell
To change information in your account profile in organizations that do not use the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Unified ShellS:

Click your avatar at the bottom of the left panel, then click Profile.

Click: General Options, then change any of the following options:
table 0-row-2 1-row-2 2-row-2 layout-auto html-authored no-header Organizations Select the organization you want to work in. Time Zone Options - Web: Change the time zone used for dates and times displayed on the Workfront Fusion website.
- Scenarios: Change the time zone used for parsing and formatting dates and times during scenario runs (when you don't specify the time zone explicitly). You can choose a time zone for each setting.
API You can add an API token you want to use for calls between Workfront Fusion and another app or web service. This is an advanced feature.
