Use AI Assistant to work with projects, tasks, and issues

AI Assistant can help you locate projects, tasks, and issues in Workfront.
Access requirements
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Locate work items

Click the AI Assistant icon

Enter a prompt such as
- Find my tasks due this week
- What issues are in project “Spring Campaign”
- Find projects in Current status
AI Assistant may take a few moments to locate the information, depending on how large or complex the prompt is and how many records it needs to search.

View the response in the AI Assistant panel.

(Optional) To go to the work item, click the link in the AI Assistant panel.
