View the number of proof and document decisions for all users

You can view the number of proof and document decisions made by users in your Workfront instance.

View decisions in the Users area

NOTE
This report is visible only for users on the new access level model. For more information, see New access levels overview.

To view the number of decisions for a user:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Users Users icon .

  2. Open the Views area, then choose the Licenses view.

  3. Find the column Decisions this month to view the number of decisions each user has made in the month.

  4. To see historical data, open the Views area and choose Historical User View.

  5. Find the column Users Historical Decisions to view the number of decisions each user has made in a month. The data can include up to 12 months prior to the current month, depending on when this report was made available to your organization.

NOTE
If the Historical User View is not available, then you can create a new view to display the historical data. Add Users Historical Decisions as a column in the view. For information on adding a column to a view, see Create or edit views in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront.

View decisions in the Reporting area

NOTE
This report applies to users on both the new and legacy access level models.
  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Reports.

  2. Click New Report, then select Users Decisions.

  3. Find the column Decisions this month to view the number of decisions each user has made in the month.

    The data can include up to 12 months prior to the current month, depending on when this report was made available to your organization. The Month and Year columns show which month the decisions were made in. Month 1 is January, month 2 is February, and so on.

  4. Review the report and edit it as needed. For more information, see Create a custom report.
