Downloading a Proof in the proofing viewer

This article refers to functionality in the standalone product Workfront Proof. For information on proofing inside ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront, see Proofing.

You can download files from an existing proof. However, only the files are downloaded; comments and other information associated with the proof are not included in the download.

  1. In the toolbar on the left of the proofing viewer, click the Download button.

  2. Browse to the location on your file system where you want to download the proof, then click Save.
