With the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms connector for ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Workfront Fusion, you can start a scenario based on events in your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms account by creating a webhook.

You can configure a form within ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms to send form submissions to this webhook.

Product

Current product requirement: If you have the Select or Prime ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Workfront Plan, your organization must purchase ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Workfront Fusion as well as ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Workfront to use functionality described in this article. Workfront Fusion is included in the Ultimate Workfront plan.

Create a connection to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms

To create a connection for your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms modules:

  1. In any module, click Add next to the Connection box.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    Connection name Enter a name for this connection.
    Environment Select whether this connection connects to a Production or Non-production environment.
    Type Select whether this account is a service account or a personal account.
    Instance URL without a trailing slash Enter the URL that you use to access the account, without the final slash.
    IMS endpoint https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com
    Client ID Enter your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Client ID. This can be found in the Credentials details section of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Developer Console.
    Client Secret Enter your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Client Secret. This can be found in the Credentials details section of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Developer Console.
    Org ID Enter your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Organization ID. This can be found in the Credentials details section of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Developer Console.
    Technical account ID Enter your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Technical account ID. This can be found in the Credentials details section of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Developer Console.
    Meta Scopes Enter any appropriate meta scopes
    Private key

    Enter the private key that was generated when your credentials were created in the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Developer Console.

    To extract your private key or certificate:

    1. Click Extract.

    2. Select the type of file you are extracting.

    3. Select the file that contains the private key or certificate.

    4. Enter the password for the file.

    5. Click Save to extract the file and return to the connection setup.

  3. Click Continue to save the connection and return to the module.

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms module and its fields

Currently, there is only one module in the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms connector.

Watch for Form Events

This instant trigger (webhook) allows you to start a scenario when a Submit action occurs on an ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Form.

IMPORTANT
This module also requires configuration in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager. After you set up this webhook, you must open ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager and configure your form to send submissions to the webhook.

The module creates a webhook and gives you the webhook address, which you can enter into the form submission dialog in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Manager Forms.
