Workfront Maintenance Updates
This page describes the issues fixed in the weekly Workfront updates.
These updates also include other minor or less prominent bug fixes. Workfront Support will notify you when an issue you submitted is fixed.

Reports
Count of items in chart is inaccurate
In a dashboard report, clicking on a chart result with more than 15 items and selecting to display only 15 works as expected. However, if you open the same report outside of the dashboard and click on the same chart result, it indicates that all items are being displayed, but only 15 actually appear.

Groups
Cannot share administrator access level
When attempting to share the administrator access level to a group, the box to check each group does not respond and the group does not gain the expected access level.

Notifications
Email and in-app notification delays
When an event occurs that should trigger email or in-app notifications, the notifications are not sent at the time of the event and instead take upwards of a few hours to be sent.
Tasks
Logged hour remain on previous project once moved
After tasks have been moved to a new project, the project hours total for the original project includes hours for the moved tasks. The tasks still properly retain their logged hours in the new project.
Timesheets
Incorrect total hours
Timesheets total hours calculation occasionally shows an incorrect sum.

Custom forms
Custom data not shown in Summary panel
When a customer is viewing the Summary panel for a task, custom data that should appear in the Summary panel is not present. This may occur even though the layout template for tasks includes the custom fields.
Reports
Prompt display issues
When accessing a prompted report with a large number of prompts, the prompt dialog does not allow scrolling to access all of the prompts or the Run Report button.

Lists
Unable to edit task list after uploading proof
While uploading a proof to a project, the task list for that project cannot be edited inline until the page is refreshed or the proof finishes uploading.

Approvals not appearing in Home widget
Approvals submitted by a user do not appear in their own My Approvals widget, even when filtered to specifically display them.
Reports
Hour report filters include incorrect dates
When filtering an hour report to show only a specific date, a different adjacent date is actually included in the report. This issue appears to be related to timezone settings.

Custom currency fields cause report error
When a report view contains two or more custom currency fields, the report returns and error.
Users
“Unregistered” tag persists after login
Despite successfully logging in at least once, the “unregistered” tag does not go away as expected for new users.

Documents
“Unsaved changes” error when adding a form to a document
When adding a form to a document, an “Unsaved changes” error appears that cannot be closed and prevents interaction with the application.
Proofs
Proof name does not appear on browser tab
When a user is viewing a proof, the proof’s name is not visible on the browser tab. Instead, the browser tab displays “Workfront.”
Requests and issues
Error with Advanced User Assignments
When a user attempts to make an Advanced User Assignment on a request or issue, the user is not assigned, and the user sees the following error:
“An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the issue. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page.”
Refreshing the browser page is ineffective.
Requests
Cannot create requests in Preview environments
When attempting to create a new request in a Preview Sandbox environment, an error stating that the request queue is no longer available displays and the request cannot be created.
