ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer B2B Edition Documentation

What’s new?

Here is a sampling of the latest enhancements in the Journey Optimizer B2B Edition product and documentation.

Intelligent insights dashboard

With the new Intelligent dashboard, you can see the progression of buying group qualification across stages. Know which buying groups are moving quickly and which are stagnant so that you can curate journeys to nurture them as needed. You also have details at the buying group and account level, which provides more context and historical data for customer engagement.

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express image editing

Use the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express Quick Actions to touch up your content with cropping, resizing, background removal, and format conversion. The intuitive ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express UI is built in so that you can quickly fine-tune your image assets.

With ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express Enterprise licensing, you can leverage a full suite of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Express capabilities. Use these fetaures to polish and enhance images, while sticking to brand guidelines, and remove roadblocks in the content supply chain.

Fragment customizable fields

As a content designer, you can designate a parameter for a component in the fragment as editable. This allows the email or template author to specify a custom field value that is specific to their needs. This customization flag is limited to image, text, and button visual components.
